Getting Started

Shopping online is easy!
Just follow these simple steps.

Step 1

Browse via the product categories that you can find at the top of the page and refine your search bu typing in a search word in the right had search corner. For more information on any product, simply click on the image to take a closer look. On each product page you will find information about Shoppick, stock availability for delivery, product information and product pricing.

Step 2

If you decide to purchase an item, add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Look out for matching or complementary items that may be available. Continue shopping across our store with brands you know and love.

Step 3

A list of all items within your Shopping Cart will be displayed in the top right hand corner of each page. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking ‘View Cart’ or you can proceed to Checkout if you have added all your products.

Step 4

When you are ready to purchase your items, click the ‘Shopping Cart’ button. This will take you to the ‘Shopping Cart’ which lists all of the items you have chosen to purchase, as well as the subtotal of the cost. If any special offers are available on your chosen items, the details of these will be displayed in your ‘Shopping Cart’. Make and update any changes to your order.

Step 5

If you have previously registered with us you can login now to make checkout faster and easier. New customers can ‘Checkout as a Guest’ where you will have the options of creating an account during checkout. Creating an account with Shoppick is a quick and easy process and allows you to be the first in the know for any special offers and will make future transactions smooth and seamless. Remember to make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.

Step 6

Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method and then select your method of payment, enter the details then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

Step 7

We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been despatched from our Fulfilment Centre, including your tracking details.

Simply click on "Account" at the top right hand corner and follow the prompts to set up a secure account.

Having a Shoppick account is free and secure.

It will allow you to purchase products much faster and easier.

It can store your addresses and contact details.

It will store your orders and sales history so you can easily check what you have purchased, how much teh sale was and repeat buy if required.

It will show your tracking and delivery details, so you can quickly find where your order is and when it should be delivered.

You will also be the first to receive special Shoppick loyaty customer details and discounts.

We use Australia Post to fulfil your orders and dispatch them, they are very fast and normally have the order moving the same morning.
Once you've completed your order it will already be progressing with Australia Post to the next stage so it won't be possible to change it.
Don't worry though, if your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you can easily return your order in line with our convenient Returns Policy.


We have a very special corporate relationship with Australia Post.

Australia Post will deliver your order, with your choice of standard eParcel, or Express options.

We never use any unrelaible carriers, which you may have experience in the past with other stores or market places.
You know 100% that your Shoppick order will be delivered by Australia Post.

This means Parcel lockers, PO Boxes and any regaional area in Australia can easily and reliably be delivered to.

Australia Post will always attempt to deliver the order directly to your address and give the order to you personally.
However, on occasions where you may not be home and the driver does not feel safe leaving your order near your door or other area.
The driver will normally leave a collection card in your letter box and take the order to your nearest Post Office for collection.
You will be advised in your tracking details and you can also download the Australia Post app to control more details of your delivery.

Delivery on all orders is free over $99.
A $9.50 fee applies to any orders under $99.
Express post is an optional extra and is available on most products at an additonal fee, calculated by szie and weight.

Most products can be delivered oversaes to most countries.
Please note all international orders are excempt from free delivery, delivery will be calclated at checkout depending on the country, weight and size of the order.
Our helpful customer services team is always here if you need any help with international orders.

If you are shopping online with us from outside Australia, please note that in the time that passes between the original purchase and any requested refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down.
All prices on Shoppick.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all purchases and refunds are transacted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to the currency rate fluctuation.
Please note all products are supplied to Australian standards in particular electrical products will be 240V with an Australia plug.

When you purchase on Shoppick.com.au you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to track your order.
You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account.
If you purchase more than one item with us these may be shipped out on seperate tracking numbers depending on the size or type of product.
In this instance you will receive one email with a tracking number that will show each shipment.

Our partnership with Australia Post allows all items in our store to be easily and quickly sent to parcel lockers, P.O Boxes, RMB mail boxes and Australia Post offices in Australia.
We recommend Australia Post parcel lockers as a great and free way to safely receive your orders.

Our dispatch is one of the fastest in Australia with over 99% of all orders being dispatched the same day as the purchase was made.
Simply check out your order before lunch time 12:00pm and your item will be packed and sent the same day.
Australia Post fulfil all orders, so your item is already with them even before you order it.
The transit time depends on your location and the option of standard postage or express post.
Most metro areas would expect the order to arrive within 2 - 4 days.


We accept most types of payment included:
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Yes, we accept Shoppick gift cards which are available on our store Shoppick.com.au

Gift cards are sent electronically via email within 24 hours of the purchase. If purchasing a gift card for someone else, you can elect to have the redemption details emailed directly to the recipient. To avoid delays, ensure you enter the correct recipient email address. Any purchases made with a gift card where a return/refund is requested will be refunded back to the same gift card used in the order. Gift cards have an expiry date of 3 years from the purchase.


We’ve made our returns process simple and in most cases 100% free. Just head to our returns page for the full instructions and return policy.

If you’ve received an item which you believe to be faulty, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team with clear pictures and a detailed description, as well as your order details.
(order number and email address associated with the purchase).
We will organise a free return and arrange a replacement or refund if the item is found to be defective.

We do our best to process your return within 2 business days once it arrives in our warehouse.

You will be refunded to the original payment method used on your order.
